yea there is so little progression for the guns. So much of it is cosmetic. I'm using the .44 and the only mod is the scope. So I get one mod and then the "upgraded" versions I get from progress are just skins.

So I am a completionist type of gamer, and i want to clear the entire map. my main method of doing so is just exploring the uncharted areas. however this is time consuming, and I just want to clear the map as fast as i can. those "reigon maps" that you find in outposts are really tiny and they dont really help that much.
