To change the TPMS sensors it helps if you have a GS911 and "wake up" tool. There is a number on each TMPS sensor you can manually enter it into the GS911 or use the "wake up" tool while connected to the GS911 and it will self load once recognized. Most if not all BMW TPMS sensors are 433 Hz. I use a EL-50448 off Amazon for about $10.
